We are looking for people to add to our team. You need to be dependable, resourceful, and a critical thinker. 

Requirements for all positions:

-Must possess a valid TX Driver's License. Criminal background and DMV license will be checked.

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug screen during employment.

-Must have reliable transportation.

-Must be able to work outside year-round in all weather conditions.

-Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs, and moving the whole body such as digging, climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, kneeling, bending, and handling of heavy materials, equipment, and tools.

-Knowledge of safety procedures and practices.

-Must wear appropriate safety equipment as required by the company.

Maintenance Technician

About:

A Maintenance Technician is a licensed professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and will observe all health and safety guidelines. They will have some electrical and/or plumbing background. The goal is to maintain both commercial and residential aerobic systems and keep them in the best possible condition. Training and licensing are required and provided by the company.

Requirements:

  • Basic GPS knowledge
  • Basic plumbing and electrical skills
  • Basic math skills.
  • Working knowledge of tools and equipment.
  • Good driving record
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work overtime, some weekends will be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect aerobic septic systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on aerobic septic systems (replace pumps, floats, etc.)
  • Complete Service Calls when dispatched.
  • Drive 100-150 miles per day.
  • Report all completed inspection paperwork to manager.
  • Conduct general upkeep procedures (truck and shop) and other tasks as assigned.

Experience:

Preferred but not necessary

  • Mechanical knowledge: 1 year
  • Electrical knowledge: 1 year
  • Plumbing knowledge: 1year
  • Maintenance: 1 year
